Hey Rahul! I tracked mood/fasting levels in a google spreadsheet. Low tech solution. Had a timer on phone for every 2 hours to capture the time throughout the day, and I would "black out" previous entries so my readings weren't biased on my feelings earlier in the day.
If there's a mood app you like, let me know! The few I've tried have unfortunately not given me enough control over my data/entries to use over my simple solution
